There was much excitement and celebratory chocolate in the Words etc office when we learned Melanie Silver was a finalist in the Content & Editorial category of the 2012 Freelancer of the Year Awards.
The awards, now in their eighth year, were established by agency Xchangeteam to celebrate the work of “that unsung hero of marketing, media and communications” – the freelancer” who “too often goes unrecognised for the sterling work they do, overlooked as fellow team members bask in the glory of a successful campaign.”
