Business challenge:
Case studies are a valuable sales tool as they substantiate marketing promises. Calor briefed us to write a case study that showed how it works with third parties in a way that results in happy customers. We interviewed specifier OKEL and its customer, Milford Haven Gymnastics Club, to gather all the information needed, including some strong quotes on Calor’s performance. This needed to include all the relevant facts, fit Calor’s standard case study template and show all three parties involved in the best possible light. We wrote a convincing case study telling the story.
Solution:
The resulting case study was instantly approved by everyone involved at the first draft stage, which is highly unusual. It has been successfully used to promote Calor to specifiers and customers on social media, notably LinkedIn. By providing proof of Calor’s capabilities, the case study is an extremely effective sales tool for Calor.
